Awed by technology tools

Because I'm not a programmer or engineer, I don't have much technical expertise, but I like technology, and I especially like the convenience and efficiency tools.I'm mostly on the administrative side of the job, rather than meeting with customers or providing direct service. Basically, I stare at the PC all day long, organize much information, and coordinate with the company and outside. This work is boring, but I am good at it.

By the way, as a basic idea of work, I want to make my work as efficient as possible and to invest my own man-hours in essential work.

Specifically, we want to make the same work as little as possible every day, want to make the folder structure of Google Drive as strict as possible in name and hierarchy, to make the information as clear and visible as possible. There are various things such as wanting to complete on the tool.

In fact, the companies that have adopted the above as a mechanism have been increasing mainly for venture companies, but even if it is structured, this still depends on the personal consciousness quite a bit. People who don't value efficiency very much don't want to change their way of working the way they're used to, and bring incomplete work flows without malicious intent. (Honestly horrible ...)

There are a lot of things around me, and I try to control them with systems and mechanisms as much as possible, but I can't cover everything and sometimes have quite a headache.

Let’s get back to the main point. I have a great deal of respect for technology, and I feel very happy when I can work efficiently with technology every day.

I feel that it is useful for technology tools many times, not just temporarily, but intermittently.

For example, Gsuite has been used for about 5 years now, but I still find it convenient to share and collaborate with links, and even for Slack and, trello, canvas, zoom, salesforce, electronic signature tool, netlify, which hosts this blog, and so one. It's awe-inspiring every day for all the tools.

Now, you can start a business simply by combining existing useful tools (without writing any code).

Thanks to the innovators around the world, I'm very grateful and I'm looking forward to working more efficiently and allowing me to focus on the essential work. ”Make world better place !" is the cliche of entrepreneurs. Undoubtedly such tools make me comfortable. (Thank you very much to innovators !!)

By the way, it is said that AI will replace human work, but it is personally welcome. Even if my current job is being replaced more and more, I want to keep thinking about what else I can focus on.
(It goes without saying that using a tool isn't a good thing, but being able to use a tool effectively to improve efficiency is likely to be someone who does not hinder the other person's essential work, from my own view. Of course, I think that people themselves are also asking them to do so. Of course, using tools is not a great thing, for example, people who have a loud voice at a cafe where there are many people around him. He's a stupid person who lacks imagination.)

Technology has evolved and work has been streamlined, and it's very fun, and hopefully, in an environment where people who are not the same as me but have similar ideas are around. I'll be happy if I can work with them. In fact, I think it would be best if we could create an organization that could work while respecting each other's efficiency and thinking.
(Or freelance who can get work from some of the best clients who sympathize with my idea might be ideal for achieving self-realization ...)
