Match best practices

I am conscious of actively introducing best practices when improving or designing business flows.

In other words, It is important to have an image of “as it should be”.

This is more like incorporating adopting what is generally considered correct, than applying academic theory to practice.

So, for example, when I have to think about a certain business flow changes, I focus on what is correct in general? .

It may be obvious, but few people take this step unexpectedly. Rather, some people argue that trying to talk about best practices isn't all we need to do, or that we and our current situation aren't the same.

I understand that they want to refute, but there are two benefits to adopting best practices:

1. Preventing wheel redevelopment
2. Discontinuous growth

1.It goes without saying, of course, that the idea I've just considered is that someone else is already thinking and may have failed. Those who don't want to accept best practices, they’re likely to be criticized for their own original strongest theories. I guess they aren’t aware that there are many smart people on the earth.
(It is often said that I am a twisted people as you can see, but I believe that there are many people who are smarter than me, but there are many people who do not assume the possibility that there are much smarter people than them and do not stubbornly doubt their own strongest idea.)

2. Regarding discontinuous growth, this is a problem that I often think about when improving business flow. Suppose you replace your existing tasks with a tool, for example, it is a just simple business replacement, not improvement. The problem is that you do not go beyond your expectations. If there is a supreme and efficient business flow that you do not know yet, it is difficult for you to imagine it in advance. Therefore, it is necessary to once take ,in the best practices, and change your own flow accordingly. Only by adapting the best operation to the system can we achieve non-continuous growth.

It may be said that you look down on the example, but there are more people who do not understand this idea (even if you do not fully agree). (Especially for those who are more hostile to IT tools than necessary.)

When solving a problem at hand, there is often no absolute and semi-permanent correct answer. That’s why I believe the most efficient idea is to take in best practices instead of inventing your own perfect theory.
