The year is ending.
A lot happened this year.
Becoming a sole proprietor was a big milestone, I think.
Once I stepped outside, there were only excellent people everywhere, and days of despair kept going — how foolish I am, what on earth have I been doing all this time?
How I work changed, I took on new jobs, and I kept working through the struggle.
It was a year when I saw again that I do not really have a particular passion. Not that that means anything either way. Having passion is not automatically good, and you do not do things only because you have passion.
I remember the hard stretches. Keeping at it when you cannot see a good sign was really painful.
Honestly, even now I wonder whether I will be okay from here.
This year I also made several decisions for the sake of challenge, and several times I chose not to do something.
Were any of them right? I do not know.
Not knowing, I will at least focus on what is in front of me for now.
In a good sense, turning your brain off a bit is probably necessary too. This is a training period.
The year went by fast. For New Year's Eve, like last year, I am going to see RIZIN.
Because of the combat-sports boom, RIZIN tickets sold out early this year, and I missed them at first.
But somehow a friend later got tickets for me. Relief.
This year was truly busy and full of worries. New Year's is packed too. The one thing waiting for me on New Year's Eve is the best kind of fun.
The next post will probably be a RIZIN 33 match report again, like last year. Short, but that is it. Have a good year.
